Section shell for a blog index — an optional richtext heading/intro and a "View All" link row, designed to sit above the site's own post grid. A fully config-driven post listing (collection query, category filter, sort, manual selection) is on the roadmap; those fields are captured today for forward compatibility (see the comment in `Blog.tsx`).
