THE WORK

Four weeks to a storefront, built to a broadcast deadline.

Meg Ferguson was a sustainable fashion designer about to appear on Project Runway. She had four weeks before the episode aired and no way to sell her clothes online. We built a full e-commerce store from zero in time for the broadcast.

With a hard TV air-date as the deadline, we staged the build in two moves: a landing page first — capturing email signups while the episode approached — then a full Shopify store that swapped in live on launch day. The store was built around Meg’s actual production model — sustainable, small-batch, made-to-order — so the purchasing flow reflected how the business actually worked rather than a generic e-commerce template. Mobile-first, brand-native, ready to handle national traffic on a fixed date.

The Project Runway association made the deadline non-negotiable. We hit it.

PLATE 01

Built around the way the business actually worked.

Sustainable, small-batch, made-to-order — the storefront and purchasing flow were built brand-native and mobile-first, ready for national traffic on a fixed broadcast date.

Book the Architecture Sprint

A fixed deadline is unforgiving — you ship the right thing, built right, or you miss the date. The Sprint is how we figure out what that one right thing is for you, before anyone spends a dollar building it.
